I’m Leslie McCarroll, a media entrepreneur, publisher, and brand architect driven by a passion for building elevated platforms at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and storytelling. As the founder of Bliss LIFE Magazine and Bliss Regenerative Wellness, I’ve created a lifestyle ecosystem that celebrates innovation in aesthetics, regenerative health, and modern luxury living.
My career has been shaped by a deep commitment to transforming visionary ideas into influential, market-leading brands. From launching multi-media publishing ventures to leading high-impact advertising and marketing campaigns, I bring a blend of creative direction and strategic execution across digital media, print, PR, television, and experiential events. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with physicians, aesthetic pioneers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders to spotlight advancements in skincare, longevity science, and holistic wellness.
Before fully immersing myself in media and wellness, I built a strong foundation in business development as a nationwide wholesale mortgage account executive, managing high-performing broker networks and cultivating long-term partnerships across diverse markets. This experience sharpened my ability to connect, communicate, and scale relationships with intention and precision.
Throughout my journey, I’ve been recognized for both creative excellence and leadership, earning multiple ADDY Awards for cinematography and digital media, as well as nominations for Professional Saleswoman of the Year and Celebrating Women in Leadership. Beyond the accolades, what truly drives me is the ability to create meaningful impact through storytelling, connection, and innovation.
I’m known for my eye for beauty, my instinct for brand storytelling, and my ability to bring ideas to life in a way that resonates. Whether I’m producing a publication, developing a campaign, or building a wellness platform, my goal remains the same: to inspire confidence, elevate experiences, and create spaces where people can live, feel, and look their best.
Based in Reno–Tahoe, I continue to expand Bliss Media & Publishing and Bliss Regenerative Wellness, building brands that embody vitality, purpose, and a life lived beautifully.
